Miranda Pratt (they/them) is a library worker, artist, and human from Lawrence, Kansas. Pratt currently works as the Wikipedian in Residence at the Kansas City Public Library in Kansas City, Missouri. They see privacy education as an important part of creating safer online spaces, particularly on open web platforms like Wikipedia. They are excited to share what they learn in the LFP Crash Course with their fellow workers and broader communities. When Miranda’s not working, they enjoy making zines, chopping garlic, reading essays and looking into the sky. They have over 5 years of experience working in art libraries and hold a B.F.A. in Fiber Art and Creative Writing.
