I’ve been a Librarian in the Adult Services (Reference) Department at Johnson City Public Library (JCPL) since 2008, and have worked extensively with informational programming for adults. Prior to my life as a librarian, I mastered the art of 3D animation on the notoriously difficult Irix/Unix version of alias/wavefront’s Maya. The residual geek in me resents the erosion of people’s awareness and control of their computing environments that seems to be ever burgeoning.
