Chloe Horsma (she/her) is a librarian in Sacramento, CA. Professionally, Chloe is a passionate advocate for youth and is invested in providing resources and services for all through an equity- and trauma-informed lens. Her perpetual project is to offer technology support to library patrons of all ages in ways that prioritize individual agency and autonomy, particularly for those with limited digital access and/or proficiency. Out in the world, Chloe is also a zealous knitter, printmaker, and book artist, and the proud companion of a wonderful little pug named Fig.
