Sabrina Dyck is a Faculty Librarian at Lawson State Community College. She earned a BA in History (2006) and a Masters of Education in Secondary Social Science (2009) from the University of Montevallo. She completed her Masters in Library and Information Studies (2013) from The University of Alabama. Prior to joining the Lawson State Library faculty in 2018, she served as a Reference and Instruction Librarian at Tallahassee Community College. For Sabrina, librarianship is a second career. Before changing career paths in 2015, she taught middle school social studies and reading in public schools in Alabama’s Black Belt region.
