I’m currently a Web Librarian at the San Diego Public Library. In this capacity I oversee the library’s web presence and online reference services. Additionally, I work on digitization initiatives at the library as well as our new community history web archives project funded by the Internet Archive. I received my MLIS and Master of Archives and Records Administration at San Jose State University. My interests include digital literacy, technology, archives, digitization, digital services, digital preservation, intellectual freedom and data science.
I’m very excited for this opportunity to learn more about privacy issues and also gain skills that will enable me to provide quality privacy workshops in my community.
