Abby has a background in public libraries and regional program development, and she specializes in policy and planning documents both for internal library use and external advocacy efforts. Abby’s heart is for outreach services, community engagement, and mutual support efforts. As a born-and-raised North Dakotan, she understands small and rural communities and the vitality of libraries in these areas. Abby received her MLIS from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and her BA in English Literature from Kansas State University.
